4 out of 5 stars SpeakerPhone   May 22, 2010
NoBS (CDA, ID USA)
This phone has no mute button, which made it absolutely useless for the application intended. I would not recommend if you need this option, otherwise, the phone was very nice.

Phone works fine. I like the one touch memory buttons. They would be better if there was more room to put name on each button.

3 out of 5 stars Cheap, but merely ok   June 2, 2009
K. Porter (Maryland United States)
This is an inexpensive phone, and you get what you pay for. It works ok, but it is poorly assembled. I have mine on a flat surface, but one of the scuff pads underneath the phone is off so it jiggles every time I push a button on the phone. Also, the programming is not logical, so you cannot program a number into memory without consulting the manual. I wish I'd paid a bit more and gotten a better phone.

3 out of 5 stars How to reach customer service, program two-touch   December 11, 2007
Louis Tiberi (Medfield, MA United States)
To all those who buy a Northwestern Bell phone and find that nobody ever answers the VTC customer support line -- after much searching we found that you can reach an outfit called Unical, which sells these phones and offers the VTC support, at (626) 965-0218, in City of Industry, Cal.

A nice lady there told us that people inquire all the time about how to program the two-touch numbers on the 76510. It's simple, but not mentioned in the manual. You don't use the M numbers at the top (they are just for the one-touch), you use the regular keypad numbers below.

So I guess we'll keep it. It has all the other features we want, and I just hope it lasts longer than what some of the other reviewers said.
