    4 out of 5 stars cute   August 13, 2010

This phone is really cute and handy. It is very light, though, and everytime I answered it, the entire phone would follow the handset toward me. I solved this problem by putting a mouse pad under it, now everything is great.

    5 out of 5 stars Eye-catching   February 10, 2010

I put this on the desk at work, and I can't believe how many people stop to comment on it. Some folks get it right away. Alot of people don't believe it's a phone until they pick it up and hear the dial tone. It's just what I needed: simple, with style, and not too pricey.

I am satisfied with my land line phone. My children were amazed by the design. It is growing on them.

5 out of 5 stars Love this little phone!   January 17, 2010

I have a small nightstand in the bedroom so the size and function of my bedside phone is critical. This little guy has a great look and the receiver standing up a bit keeps it from moving off the hook when I hit the alarm clock in the morning. Though I agree with other reviews that with the number pad in a circle it takes some time to enter phone numbers, it's sound is good. For the price, it seems better made than other phones I'd looked at in its price range and it has a lot more character.

I have had this phone less than one week, so cannot speak about its long-term reliability, though I have had generally good experiences with GE and RCA products.
But I can say it is a "can't beat" value for features and its funky cute appearance. The features are easy to access, understand and use and the sound quality is excellent. It even has volume control on both the ringer and the speaker. The only negative I can think of (and this could be said of almost any phone made today) is that the liquid crystal display is difficult to read from most any angle but straight on and fairly close up, even set at highest contrast. I did add a longer cord. All in all, this unit meets my requirements admirably.
