Excellent Solution November 27, 2009 Michelle C. Heckman (Portland, OR USA) We previously tried a photo speed dialer that was separate and attached to the existing phone - which we could never get to dial properly. This product was a snap to program and use. We purchased it for my elderly Mother with Alzheimer's, and just yesterday the caregivers at her assisted living facility were commenting that every one of the residents should have it. This product has proved to be an exceptional choice.
A great phone for the elderly. November 5, 2009 Antenna Man (Denton,Tx) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Excellent phone for mother in law who is elderly and having trouble dialing her family members. This worked great.
Good phone, parents not so impressed. October 22, 2009 Karen McJ (Long Beach, CA USA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I thought this phone would be great for my Mom and Stepdad (both 80 years old) whom we moved into assisted living last week. I think the large buttons are great, but as far as the pictures go, it was a nice thought, but the pictures are so small, it's hard to tell who is in them. At their age it seems that any new gadget just confuses them more. Would have been nice to have some way to stick the photo's on the buttons. I ended up using sticky dots from Michael's.

Great product. Very helpful for those with vision impairments, hearing problems and senior citizens.
Great phone for elderly person June 5, 2009 Jan (Skaneateles, NY USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Bought this phone for my 83 year old Dad who has Alzheimers. His previous phone had too many functions and was confusing for him. The speed dial numbers were easy to program, and Dad's able to handle calling out. We have used names rather than photos, and the template makes it easy to set up.
The amplify button is great, but my Dad could use a bit more of a boost in sound than he gets with this.
