I made the mistake and assumed that a business phone that cost this much would have caller ID and call waiting. How much extra would have the China import costs have been to AT&T to add these extras. Total waste of my time, had to take it back.

We have 96 offices across the region and use 1-6 of these in every office. They work great including intercom/transfer.

Best I can figure, this $100 phone does not have caller ID. Huge disappointment!
