Nice but could be better March 29, 2010 Special_K 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I like the look of this product, but the sound quality and overall construction needs improvement. The battery life is good for about a year, after that the cordless phones do not hold a charge for extended periods of time (anything over 15-20 minutes).

This phone works great if the caller ID is wrong it is also wrong on my caller ID on my TV, my PhoneTray and another cordless phone. Those who are having problems might want to call the phone company and test the caller ID. The only thing I do not like is it does not have a back up battery so you have to reset the time and date every time the power glitches. I bought an other one for my mother in law and she complained that the ring tone was to low. I found it was user error, the wring tone was actually turned off in the base. Dusting the phone caused that problem. intercom is great feature, when I'm working outside I can call the house(3 acres)and see who is calling when rings. I hope other people read the instruction manual a little further.
Terrible for small business January 2, 2010 D. Warren (USA) This is used for my home based small business. The caller ID is always wrong, it makes beeping noises like call waiting signals but much longer than a normal call waiting signal (I timed one at close to 5 seconds). It cuts out and you miss moments of conversations on the other end. Battery on the cordless only lasted a few months and died. I wish I had read the other reviews before wasting my money.
These phones suck December 10, 2009 A. Rhodes 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have had the phones for 6 months and now the cordless phones are useless... they stopped holding a full charge. One now likes to squeal a high pitched sound in your ear now.
As others have stated, it makes random noises during conversations, clicking sounds. Sometimes it cuts off calls from the base. Caller ID is wrong on the base all the time.
Range on the cordless phones was good.. but that is all I can say for them. Nothing but headaches for us. I even had the phone company out here working on our lines thinking it was the phone lines causing all the dang issues that is how bad it would get.
Save your money get something else. Ours are now hitting the trash.
Good set. June 11, 2009 Wayne (MD USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Hi! We are pleased with this phone set because 1) sounds are clear with no interference, 2) the sets are light and comfortable, 3) the system works as stated in the instructions, and 4) it's a great value. The base unit takes some time to get used. The caller ID works fine. The other users may have misunderstood the directions. If you read them carefully you'll have no problems. I'd buy this unit again.
