I can make calls with the phone, but there is no display. It says to press Set, then Up or Down. when I press Up or Down, it simply says, END. I was given a toll free number by Amazon, but they say they don't sell phones there.

The phone has some nice features, such as a calculator, choice of ring tones, alarm, music on hold, and a calendar. However, the directions are not clear and it is not easy to set up. The volume is poor for a speakerphone; unless you are sitting right over it you cannot not be heard. The caller id only shoes the telephone number, not the name of the person who is calling. It only saves three phone numbers. It was cheap, only $9.99 at Kohl's.

I bought this phone at RiteAid yesterday. It was on special for $14.99. I can't get dial tone, and the pamphlet that comes with it gives no information about dial-tone, no troubleshooting info. Alls the think does is illuminate when I touch it. I can't believe it is selling for $50 on Amazon. DON'T BUY IT!
