This is a very good business telephone for an unbelievably low price. Has all the features I need including 12 one touch speed dials, a phone book that holds even more speed dials. The phone remembers if you have to dial other numbers before dialing the main number so you can look at a caller id and pick up the phone and it will dial the number after adding a 1 or 9, depending on your system. Call quality is excellent. The speakephone works well also. It has a headset button for those who need it. I don't use that feature. Entering phone numbers is quite intuitive, you don't need to reference the manual every time. I bought this for under $25 including shipping. This phone is worth many times that amount.
