Only buy if you have infinite batteries March 10, 2010 fullbookcase (Chapel Hill, NC United States) I started out with brand new Duracell AA 2600 MaH rechargeable batteries in this phone, and so far I have had to recharge the batteries every 10-14 days. Funny thing is, I hardly ever even touch the phone. The battery drain seems to happen simply because the "Call Info" indicator lights up whenever someone picks up another extension in the house. I'm sure all the features work fine and are excellent for the price, but eventually I'm going to give up on charging the batteries and treat it as a dumb phone without any of the battery-operated features (including the speaker phone, which was the main reason I bought it).

Not bad, not great! February 19, 2010 Liz Roach 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Every time you press the mute or speakerphone buttons the phone generates a LOUD beep. The people on the other end hear this. If you are planning to use these features you might want to look at another phone.
Speaker cuts out February 17, 2010 L.L. Learner (Midwest, U.S.) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The first phone I purchased had a speaker that cut out for every other word. I brought the phone back and got a replacement thinking I just got unlucky with poor quality. Unfortunately, the second phone did the same thing.
As long as you do not need to actually talk over the speaker, you may be satisfied with the phone.
The low price reflects the level of speaker quality.

I really like this phone. It's easy to use, clear sound & has plenty of features. You won't be disappointed.
